Please also read the General Rules that apply to every single EPIC.LAN tournament. These tournament specific rules are subject to modification prior to the event.
Signups & Restrictions
- Signups will close on Saturday 1st of November at 11:00 local time to allow for seeding and group scheduling.
- You must be aged 16+ to take part in any EPIC.LAN tournaments
- Any players under the age of 18 require parental or legal guardian consent to participate
- Any players under the age of 18 require an adult to accompany/be on site for the player (Either a parent or legal guardian, or an adult agreed upon by a parent or legal guardian, such as an adult team member)
- Games will start on Saturday 1st 12:00.
Tournament Format
- A free for all Scavenger Hunt around the KLV with one clue leading to the other.
- The players will meet up in Lakeside where the Gamemaster Caxx will further explain the rules.
General Rules
Player Responsibilities
Players are responsible for ensuring they arrive to the meeting point on time.
Conduct
Players must maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike attitude throughout the tournament.
Offensive behaviour, cheating, or disrespect towards opponents, staff, or other participants will result in warnings or disqualification.
Disputes
Any disputes or issues should be reported to the tournament organisers immediately.
The organiser’s decision on disputes is final.
Forfeits
Players must be ready within 5 minutes of their scheduled match time.
Failure to join or within 5 minutes will result in a forfeit.
