Please note that if you are participating in an esports tournament you cannot take part in a fun tournament. If you have been eliminated, you may be able to join in - please check with reech or a member of the esports admin team before you sign up!

This should take a couple of hours of play, so make sure you get it done before the event - as we can't delay matches beyond Friday 1pm!

The game can be played on Steam (PC) and mobile platforms (Android, iOS)

Tournment Rules

You'll be playing the 'Friendly Battle' mode, which gives you several matches against an opponent.

Each player starts with 10 health, and you have to deal your opponent 10 damage over a series of rounds.

Winning a round deals damage to the opposing player equal to the cube value.  (You can increase the cube value by using the SNAP mechanic to gamble when you've a killer play- or bluff - your opponent into resigning the round and giving you the win!

At Round 5 and onwards, the cube starts SNAPPED - which means only one player needs to SNAP to reach the full 8 cubes damage.

Play through the friendly battle, and list your match completion (with a screen shot of your final victory!) in the #championship channel - there'll be a thread for the SNAP! tournament created in there to post your victory.  

Please also enter text with the names of opponents and the overall winner out of the two of you!

We'll then bracket down until we have our winners!

Match Setup

Create the deck you want to use for the battle - the game gives you access to a number of slots.  You have to maintain the same deck throughout the entire FRIENDLY BATTLE (this is a restriction in the game itself.).  However, you can play a different deck when you challenge a new opponent.

Start the game, and then go into Game Mode (the joystick icon on the base bar) and tap FRIENDLY BATTLE.

One player taps CREATE on the left and then the CREATE button below and is given a code, which they share with the other player.  The other player taps JOIN on the right, enters the code and then the JOIN button below that.

This will pair you up, and you can then play.

If you're playing mobile, don't wander around, stay where there's a strong signal!

If there is a connection error during the match, notify the admins in the channel, and restart.  If there are constant issues, admins will decide how to handle a reduced set of matches.
